Hello I am a cousin from Deepak I seen it all

Natalee Holloway had been at the casino, and had been drinking with the Joran Van der Sloot he is as guilty as hell the creep slime vampire bat . The two brothers one called Satish and Deepak and Joran Van der sloot, and I thinks a fellow named Steve all creeps , whom had been arrested about this case in 2006, had a plan. They had done this type of thing to so many other other girls in Aruba before. They were to give Natalee a last drugged drink to go, and Joran was to put a drug in her drink, I think a 'Date Rape Drug". He did. Natalee was not really so drunk when she left with Joran Van der Sloot, she was drugged! by all means Joran had asked her to go with him to see the Light House she was pulled to the car . Natalee was not sure about going and had refused at first , but with the drink and the drug in it, she followed him to the awaiting car like a sheep waiting to be slaugthered. It was just her and Joran Van der sloot, not the rest of the guys in the car , as has been reported by other withnesses. Joran started to drive to the Light House but Natalee passed out cold almost as soon as she got in the car! Joran then turned around and drove to a beach close to her hotel! He parked and dragged her out of the car onto the beach where the other three guys came out of hiding. The two brothers and the Steve guy. They all took turns raping her and when the last brother was nearly finished, Natalee woke up but was very groggy, and the second brother finished, as she started to fight them off. They were very angry and surprised, as one of them who gave Joran the drug, was supposed to give enough to keep her out, nearly all night!They all held her down, as Joran put his hands over her nose and mouth and hit her aswell until she died! Remember, Natalee was very drugged but still managed to fight them off, as best she could. She was a good girl but at the wrong place at the wrong time . She had been tricked and drugged. Other girls had been victims, as well waking up on beaches in the morning light, knowing something terrible had happened to them, but not actually remembering what it was.

The boys had not expected Natalee to wake up, so this was a surprise to them all! One of them quickly called someone the father of Joran van der Sloot and soon another car drove up to the parking spot on the beach. This person brought a black, zippered, coroner's, body bag. They then all helped put her inside. I couldn't see the face of the man who came with the bag, but thought it strange that someone could come up with a body bag so quickly! Next they put Natalee in the back seat of the car who's owner brought the body bag. Natalee was inside the bag and it was dark, so they thought no one would be able to see into the back seat, and I assumed that they did not have to drive far to hide the body.

But fortunate there were other withnesses as well . The first gardener that worked for the Van der Sloot family was said to have been deported he seen it aswell but was sent home to where he came from with some money to keep his mouth closed. He was forced and taken by a small plane, to an island not more than 5 or 10 minutes away, from Aruba, to a 'Compound" in the jungle. The 'People running drug things in Aruba, did not want him to talk since he saw something that night the father of joran van der sloot carrying a big black bag and surely something weird , as he had already spoke to someone, a reporter, I think, and they would have killed him aswell, but it would have looked to suspicious, so they just said he was "deported". The first gardener was from a group of poor people , and came to Aruba to work for the Van der Sloots, in order to earn money for their poor family.So some main "withnesses " gone the drugbarons at the aruba drug kartell, so authorities didn't make any attempt to find him, as they thought he would never tell and he couldn't be found anyway. If those same people thought he had talked about what he saw, they would not hesitate to kill the entire poor family, so that no one would be left to talk! It would be mass genocide! He, however, did talk what he really saw that night to some guards that night , and some other people know about what actually happened. I have to say that at least two of the young men that raped Natalee, and killed her, went straight home after the beach to set up alibi's the bastards.
The First Gardener got up around 4 AM to 4:30 AM, or when ever his usual morning work begins, and that is when he saw the guys with the body bag. He knew something was terribly wrong but he quickly turned around and went back to where he slept until no one else was around. When this gardener, told the wrong person that he saw the Van der Sloot boy at a certain time, I think his first statement was correct. This was his only mistake, and they had to get rid of him. They had no idea he saw them with the black body bag. I cannot tell you where she is buried, as if one of them finds out I have repeated this much, they will try and move it. I just know some very powerful people way up in the island gourvernement with some powerfull influence on that Island helped those guys hide the body and coverup all the tracks.

The Dutch authorities sent those guys over to Aruba, as they had already been in trouble and they were an embarrassment to the Dutch Authorities. Joran Van der Sloot and the two brothers, would go to school and leave whenever they felt like it rich new kids and you know the rest aswell and the teachers were too afraid to call them on it!
Those three got away with first degree 'Murder' all the time. They finally got into such trouble that they had to be sent away. Joran was back in Aruba, at it again, along with his friends. but fled to Holland to the city Arnhem and sometimes city Haarlem in Holland
You know that the Island survives on it's drug and tourist industry. Many drugs are sent from Aruba. This is why the authorities are so afraid of this story, as they all get kick-backs from the drug money, I know there was a big up coverup meeting there were also six people who had a meeting this year in an Aruba Courtroom.
One included the current Judge. They were talking about the case, and especially about Satish Deepak. They said he was a loose cannon and unstable, and were worried that he might talk! It seems everyone, all adult, in that courtroom, knew what happened to Natalee including the Senior Van der Sloot, who was there in the room with the Judge and four others. They were not in session, as the Judge had his robe open and was standing around with the rest of these people.

Poor Natalee Holloway case is a real problem for Aruba may God have her soul, as she is not the only one who has gone missing because of the same type of action, or drugs. So the Drug kartell warned to sent Joran van der Sloot to Holland They cannot kill the entire Van der Sloot Family and the others that have been arrested, which would probably solve Aruba's problem, as far as the drug business goes.
I have seen that Joran Van der Sloot boy was wearing a blue and white stripped shirt the night Natalee was murdered, and Satish wore a blue T-shirt.

I have to say the gardener said Natalee, is buried under two false floors under the old gray garden shed, on the Van der Sloot property! But because if they catch wind me talking, the body will surely be moved! The first floor of the gardeners shed had some pallets for a floor, and under this floor is another false floor that has dirt over it, so it looks like the ground, but if you look closely, you will see two small handles near the edges of the floor that can be taken up. Even the present gardener doesn't know it's there. In this shed is a lawn mower, and a rake, a bucket and some garden tools. There is also a terrible odor that is partially from the fish cut up to fertilize the gardens. This is what throws them off the scent, so to speak. Natalee is not alone under there. There is another body in there with her,

Jamie Skeeters passes suddenly~Natalee Holloway case

In memory of Jamie Skeeters...Jan. 24th, 2007

His passing is so sudden,unexpected and has left all of us at a loss.

Jamie was one of us..who sincerely and diligently helped to probe for the
answers in Natalee's disappearance. I do believe his heart was right...

Jamie's part is so detrimental in the suit filed in Calfiornia...I just pray that God
does not let evil conquer good in that case.

Thank you kindly Jamie for all you did for Natalee... Rest in Peace.

Jamie Skeeters is a polygraph expert from California. He has helped the Holloway family in their search for Natalee. He is the one that taped Deepak and then the tape was shown in parts on the Dr. Phil show.

The Kalpoe's lawsuit is suing Dr. Phil and Jamie Skeeters.

I am so sorry that Jamie seemingly passed without warning. It is very traumatic to those who loved him that he passed in this way. However, to Jamie and God, it now makes sense that God took him when He did.

Jamie seemed to be...at least to me, although I did not know him personally...to be a very kind and truly caring man. He certainly gave so much of his time and strength to helping those who needed his expertise.

May God give Jamie's family "the peace that surpasseth all understanding" during this difficult time of loss. I pray they innately are aware Jamie will never truly leave them. God bless Jamie in his spiritual journey homeward, and God bless those he leaves behind.

Greta - In May of 2005, Natalee Holloway said goodbye to her mother Beth and headed off on what all expected to be an exciting high school trip to Aruba. Since then no word from Natalee just daily heartbreak for her family. Tonight though, there's some news in the investigation, John Q. Kelly the lawyer for Natalee Holloway's parents is in New York. John, where did you sneak off to this past weekend?

John - I paid a visit to Aruba Greta.

Greta - Why?

John - I had gotten a call at the end of last week from Karin Janssen, the Prosecutor, indicating that her term was over, she was going to be leaving the island and going back to Holland as of yesterday, Monday, and we both thought it would be a good idea if we chatted a little bit before she left.

Greta - Did she want to leave the job?

John - No, she had a three year term and she could have extended up to two more years with the blessing of the Attorney General Fernandez Croes down there and she had made a request in writing, very much wanting to stay there to see this investigation through and she was told her term was going to be halted at three years and she'd be returning to Amsterdam and she couldn't see this through.

Greta - So she sort of got fired, a little bit.

John - She didn't get fired, they didn't extend her term and she was upset about that and I was glad to hear she wanted to stay on this case and see it to some sort of conclusion but they wouldn't let her.

Greta - alright, so she wanted to stay on the case. If she'd had some progress I'm sure she would have been able to stay on the case because everyone loves progress. When you spoke to her, were you satisfied that there was progress?

John - I'm satisfied they're still working on the case. I like dealing with Karin, I think she's been honest and you know they've got a team of ten detectives that are working over in Amsterdam that have have been working for a couple of months now on the case and I also met with Dennis Jacobs and the team working here in Aruba for awhile on Monday, in addition to was talking to Karin for a few hours on Sunday. I mean we don't have results yet, it's a result oriented business and until I have answers for Beth and Dave, you know no one's going to be happy but I like to see that there's work going on still.

Greta - I hate to be so sarcastic but it sounds like you've got a lot of new friends but your new friends aren't exactly, you know we're a year and half into this investigation and we don't have any progress.

John - They're working Greta, you know I've been critical of the Prosecution in the past, I've been critical of the police in the past, but the answers are down there. The only possible prosecution and resolution to this down in Aruba and anything that helps advance the cause here I'm going to do and at least I've got a line of communication down there and I don't want to rock that boat.

Greta - I understand that. Are they convinced that the 3 suspects are still the ones they find or that believe are the ones responsible for the disappearance? Or are they looking in other directions?

John - They have looked in other directions. I think they've eliminated a lot of other options and I think the three individuals you're speaking of are the prime suspects still.

Greta - So they remain the prime suspects, Joran van der Sloot, Deepak and Satish Kalpoe are still the suspects?

John - The prime suspects, sure.

Greta - One quick question, have you served them with the civil suit in the United States yet? Deepak and Satish?

John - Personal service has not been effected down in Aruba yet, it'll be done shortly and that's the last step to be taken.

Greta - Alright, then we'll watch that litigation in California, that'll be huge. Anyway, John thank you.

Natalee Holloway's Stepfather Seeks Divorce

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (Jan. 5) - The stepfather of Natalee Holloway, the Alabama teen who disappeared in Aruba in 2005, has filed for divorce from Holloway's mother, Beth Twitty.

George "Jug" Twitty filed divorce papers in Jefferson County Circuit Court on Dec. 29. The court filing said the couple separated Dec. 15 and have "such a complete incompatibility of temperament that the parties can no longer live together."

The Birmingham News reported the court filing Friday.

Jug Twitty declined comment on the divorce proceedings, and a phone message left for Beth Twitty on Friday was not immediately returned.

The couple attracted international attention after Holloway, then 18, disappeared in Aruba on May 30, 2005, while on a graduation trip with fellow students from Mountain Brook High School.

The Twittys appeared together during the early stages of the search. As it dragged on, Jug Twitty returned to Birmingham, and Beth Twitty remained in Aruba for almost three months.

After an unsuccessful search, Beth Twitty returned to Alabama and founded the International Safe Travels Foundation. She now spends much of her time traveling to speak to high school students.

The Twittys were married on July 26, 2000 - a second marriage for both.

Jug Twitty filed the divorce papers shortly after Beth Twitty and her daughter's father, Dave Holloway, filed suit against two former suspects in the case, Deepak and Satish Kalpoe. The suit, filed in California, claimed the Kalpoe brothers intentionally caused fatal injuries to Holloway.

Two lawsuits have been filed in the case of a college student who vanished in Aruba nearly two years ago, FOX News has learned.

A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed against brothers Deepak and Satish Kalpoe, two of the young men last seen with Natalee Holloway, the Alabama teenager who disappeared in Aruba in May 2005.

The suit of Beth Twitty and Dave Holloway was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court as a related case to a defamation lawsuit the Kalpoe brothers filed Wednesday against pop psychologist and talk show host Dr. Phil, CBS and Paramount, among others.

"All we want is justice for our daughter," Twitty said in a press release issued about the civil case. "There is no doubt in my mind that Deepak and Satish played a role in my daughter's death and should be held accountable. It's unconscionable that they have not been punished so far."

Allegations against the Kalpoes, who are residents of the Caribbean island where Natalee Holloway was traveling on a class trip when she vanished without a trace, say the brothers caused her death by "intentionally, negligently, wantonly ... unlawfully conducting themselves," bringing about injuries that proved fatal.

The Kalpoes' suit against Dr. Phil, whose real name is Phillip C. McGraw, maintains that an interview filmed with the brothers "was manipulated and later broadcast by the 'Dr. Phil' show as being accurate and which portrays Deepak Kalpoe and Satish Kalpoe 'as engaging in criminal activity against Natalee Holloway and constitutes defamation per se.'"

Natalee Holloway was last seen alive with the Kalpoes and a Dutch teen, Joran van der Sloot, in a gray Honda early on the morning of May 30, 2005. The brothers and van der Sloot have all been arrested in connection with her murder and later released, but none have been brought to trial.

That's not Paulus at the table. I don't know who it is, but it most definitely is not Joran's father. I think it's Bob Plummer, who admitted in one of his interviews to having last seen Natalee in the casino.

Her friends deserted her, but not to go to any party, but rather to a couple of other bars in the area. This is why none of them seem to have seen her leave w/Joran except for Kissel and Jordan, who were not particularly close friends w/her.

This is an excellent point, and certainly fits many other scenarios where teens (and college students) are drinking too much and someone dies. There is no reason to assume that Natalee would have gone directly to her room at the HI if she returned to the hotel. Especially if everyone else was in a different room. If Natalle was calling people on her cellphone, she might have know where the party was, and gone *there* rather than to her own room.

Beth really made a point of this even though it makes no sense at all. Beth does not understand Dutch, and was not within hearing distance. She would have had no idea what Paulus was telling the police. Someone else translated that to her, and whoever that was either lied or Beth lied about what she was being told. Paulus picked Joran up around 11pm. This has never been disputed except by Flying Assmonkeys and their ilk.

The maid, to me, is a fascinating point. First of all, if Natalee's room had been "re-rented" (for no discernible sane reason that I can see) then the maid would not have necessarily made up that room. Next, we know that AJ Ward got his 'nads in a binder for talking to some maid. We also know Beth claims to have spoken to a maid at the highly improbably time of midnight, when no maid would be at that hotel.

There's clearly something about the maid responsible for Natalee's room that is problematic. Most likely because that maid would have cleaned Natalee's room the previous day--and would remember her blue suitcase being there.

The only thing Paulus knows is that his big-mouthed son talked himself into a 3-month prison stay because he can't seem to tell a coherent story about that night. Beyond that, unless Joran confessed to him, he knows doodly. Remember, Paulus is officially cleared. Joran is not. If PVDS buddies are so powerful, why can't they get his son off the suspect list?

The maid I was talking about was the one for the VDS house, not the hotel. Just wanted to clarify that.

Other point/counterpoints....

You can say that was not PVDS at the casino table. I say it is.

You can say PVDS never said the 4AM ditty. I say he did.

PVDS was cleared of the original suspect charges....that doesn't mean he won't be charged again with something more appropriate....like manslaughter.

So like, I know this guy who is an A college student. Really smart blah blah but sheltered ....all he does in his free time is binge drink! And he's proud within the group to throw back anything anyone mixes for him until he pukes his guts out and has to be taken home. He's not the only one doing it, natch. The whole group does it when they get together and they all think it's great joyous fun. The next morning after these drinking gatherings, this kid remarks how much fun he had the night before! Then he admits he can't remember the second half of the night. This, unfortunately, seems to be a way of life for many youth these days....well, ok to be honest it's always been a way of life for newly free youth. My point is what we all know.....most likely no one remembers what went on that night Natalee disappeared. Not even Joran. SO.....I try to base my case solving speculation on factors other than what a bunch of drunk/face saving teens can or want to admit to, taking what they say and seeing how it meshes with real possibilities.

And here are some real possibilities:

Someone got rid of Natalee in a way they were sure she would not be found.

PVDS knew this, hence he was able to put the boys minds to rest about it.

The only reason for getting rid of her had to have been to hide some other crime because a dead body lying around would be passed off as the person's own fault otherwise.

Because her body was not put somewhere she could be found so her family could tend to her remains, she was disappeared by someone with no emotional attachment to her.

There has been no evidence that after leaving CC's Natalee was anywhere except in the Kalpoe car....

...however, the VDS house was not searched properly which opens doors of wonder and that's their own fault for not being interested in proving there was no need to look in that direction so this case could move in a different direction.....

.....and since Natalee is clearly NOT still in the Kalpoe car, and the VDS house was not searched properly.....my guess is the evidence of any crime or involvment in one or even some accident (albeit while some unlawful activitiy was taking place otherwise there'd be no need to run from it) is at the VDS house....or was there.

Now since the world is told that Natalee went willingly into the Kalpoe car and there is no voice of Natalee to dispell that claim we have only motivations of Joran and 2K to consider as to why they took her with them. We assume it was to have sex with her either for just Joran or others. Joran says that's what he was after and he clearly pushes that agenda. Given that Natalee didn't make it back after Joran's intended sexcapade then for Joran to push that he wanted to have sex with her....he and only he....imo is a deliberate ruse to hide a gang rape or something else. In other words, Joran did NOT take Natalee so just HE could have sex with her.

Once you get on that train of thought, then it's easy to understand how Natalee ended up gone.....

however, the three, J2K had no visible marks on them from Natalee defending against a rape so even if they'd all partook against her will there'd be no proof she wasn't complaint had she remained alive.
Drugs in her system? That is easily passed off as voluntary. Even a date rape drug could be voluntary as some use it on purpose to get that wild loving feeling.

So what's the point in Natalee being missing? If anything and everything could have just as easily been voluntary as not, then why is she missing? My opinion follows....

She's missing because the death occured after the VDS's said they didn't know where she was....and that was when she was at the VDS house....they were hoping she'd be ok and would turn up later. It didn't happen. There's your crime!

Van der Sloot Revisits Aruba Beach, Says Nightmare Doesn't End

Former Chief Suspect in Natalee Holloway Case Speaks to ABC News

Sept. 5, 2006 — It's been more than 15 months since Alabama teen Natalee Holloway disappeared on the island of Aruba during a high school graduation trip.
In that time there have been frantic searches, dwindling hopes, and serious missteps in the investigation.
Much of the attention about what happened to Holloway has been focused on one young man, Joran van der Sloot, a Dutch native of Aruba who, according to his own words, was the last known person to be with Holloway.
ABC News' Chris Cuomo recently traveled to Aruba for an exclusive interview with van der Sloot, who said he had not harmed Holloway.
Since that time, investigators have proven nothing different.
Now 19, van der Sloot says that, in a way, the night he met Holloway has never ended.
"All the time, all the time it's going around my head," he told Cuomo.
Still Being Punished
While he is no longer being detained, van der Sloot is still a prisoner of the speculation surrounding the student's disappearance.
"I think for a lot of parts I've been unfairly treated, because I had nothing to do with this, and a lot of people seem to think I do," he said.
That's due in large part to his initial statements about the night the 18-year-old went missing.
At first, van der Sloot and two friends said that they had dropped Holloway off at her hotel at the end of the evening, but later van der Sloot said that he had taken the American teen to the beach.
The lie landed him in jail, but after three months, police could not tie him to any crime.
He was released in September and talked to ABC News in February to explain his deception.
"I didn't want anyone to know. I didn't want anyone to know I left her at the beach," he said.
That explanation hasn't stopped the media scrutiny.
"It's goes too far, definitely in the American media," van der Sloot said. "I was here with my girlfriend on vacation, and some tourists filmed us. … And they called me a predator on the beach again, going after a girl, American girl, an American tourist. And I was there on the beach with my girlfriend that I had been with for six months now."

'I Would Have Done a Lot of Things Differently'
Van der Sloot, a Dutch citizen, returned to Holland for college, abandoning his onetime dream of attending school in the United States.
He says life is normal enough there.
He's meeting girls, and making friends is not a problem.
When he comes back to Aruba, though, the past still haunts him.
"Of course it doesn't feel good when like, you saw, people putting the cameras out and screaming, 'Where is she? What did you do with her?' And that doesn't feel good. It doesn't make you feel good," he said.
Van der Sloot says he often thinks about how different life would be if he had gone home earlier that night and had never taken Holloway to the beach.
"And I say, 'Yeah, what if? What if?' But I can't change all those things anymore," he said. "Of course if I would have known all this would have happened, I would have done a lot of things differently."
His concern now is for his future, and van der Sloot says he wants the killer to be caught so he can close that chapter of his life for good.
"That's the worst part, because there's always the 'if' question. What if? You know? You were the last person with her, all these things."
"And if no one knows or no one comes forward or tells or yeah, they don't solve the case, you're always gonna have people saying, you were the last person with her."

A note for Fred and his family from Dave & Robin:

"Debbie gave us some bad news today. We were so saddened to hear of Fred's passing today. Our thoughts and prayers will be with Helen and her family. We know Fred is in Heaven, but we will miss him here so much. After we found out, Dave and I got down the beautiful book BFN sent to us dedicated to Natalee. We were in tears reading the beautiful poems Fred wrote. I hope Fred and everyone at BFN know how special this book has been to us. If Natalee is no longer with us and is in Heaven, I know of one angel named Fred taking care of her up there. We appreciate everything Fred and everyone at BFN has done to support and encourage us. We will keep Fred alive in our minds and if there is anything we can do for Helen and her family, please let us know. Love,Dave and Robin

Another great day in Aruba - the sun was out strong today - I look like a native now for sure!Tonite spent time at the VDS - finally met Paul - who is just the nicest most wonderful man as you all would expect him to be! Anita was quite anxious to point out their huge big WELL in their back yard - wow it really is amazing lololololololol!! We had several laughs over that one!It was a great nite for all of us. They are just the most kind wonderful family - the media has been so unfair to them. But they are survivors and they are doing wonderful inspite of the media and those crazy people from MB!!Love to all of you FOBERS!!! >>note to self...these are the crazy folks !!! AMSTERDAM — A court in The Hague had turned down a request to outlaw pro-paedophile party PNVD.
The ban was sought by the Soelaas foundation which investigates instances of paedophilia in the Netherlands.
But Judge HFM Hofhuis ruled that the PNVD has the same right to exist as any other political party. The court also took into account that Soelaas did not have a compelling and urgent interest to justify a ban.
"They (Soelaas) only want to give expression to their moral concerns. That is far from being sufficient to outlaw a party," Hofhuis said. Soelaas argued a preventative ban was needed to protect children from the PNVD.

BETH TWITTY and her Lawyer were both on NANCY GRACE TONIGHT. The discussion was about the person being held in ARUBA (see transcript below of Greta's interview on June 22 below.)
John Walch of America's most wanted was also on Larry King live and they were also discussing the Natalee Holloway case as well.

On June 22nd...
Greta on Fox interiview Beth's lawyer. There is someone named Carlos the Columbian in custody in Aruba that is beingheld as a Witness in Natalee's disappearence. He has been in custody since back in late April early May sometime. According to what was said is that he spilled the beans on what he said he saw including the disposal of the body in the ocean with weights. Evidence of what he said he saw had been found as sent to the Netherlands. He saw only two people. A Tall thin guy and Natalee. What he saw was on the beach and what beach was not mentioned or known. Thats about all I can report for now.

Maybe since he is being held as a witness he is beig held for his own protection. I have no idea about some of these wild and wooly laws they have in Aruba.

Aruba is tapped out, the security guards, John Pauly, Joe Tacopina and the 9 lawyers, they took their money when the getting was good. It's not good anymore.And it's not because of the tourist dollars. It's the drug money that is moving away, out of the limelight. There won't be any crime to pretend to fight anymore. Nothing to look the other way about.The police are integral do everything that does and doesn't happen in Aruba. You can only collect favors for looking the other way when you know what you're looking away from.The Aruba Police know, and know some of the police are involved in the covering up of multiple crimes. The Police had to be a part of Natalee's disappearance.Karin Janssen, Gerold Dompig, Dennis Jacobs and Jan Van der straaten know the truth. They were told of Natalee's fate. But the instinct of the soulless cost them and a growing number of victims of the Van der sloots. They cannot answer to how they know Natalee's fate and cannot prosecute the Van der sloots. Because the plea bargain failed.Dennis Jacobs is a narcotics cop in a place that has a reputation for being friendly to drug dealers. Of course his procedures and by default those of Aruba were not set up for a victim like Natalee. They didn't spend money on prosecuting a crime, but on defending the Van der sloots.But they have done nothing about it. Where's the drug dealer who sold Natalee drugs? The precious budget was never meant to deal with prosecuting crime only managing it. Talk about looking the other way, the legal system was no more than a suggestion box. Paul Van der sloot has been waiting for a decision on his settlement since February. Do you really think there is some legal protocol here or is the judge waiting so as not to embarrass himself? Just what is he waiting for?Because of Natalee and her parents, the Van der sloots are unforgettable.Dave and Beth have stood the test of time. But the runaway, insurance scam, the Schipper's "vanished" theory, the MB students involvement, the beach flasher, the overdose have not. To the People of Aruba:
It has been a year since Natalee Holloway was abducted on the island of Aruba.
We have witnessed the repeated lies of Joran van der Sloot and can only be left to wonder what he is hiding?
We have witnessed less than appropriate treatment of Natalee's family by the Aruban government, as Prime Minister Nelson Oduber has, on more the one occasion, said he is sick of this case, and, in turn, Natalee.
It is clear that this story is not going away, and that is to my surprise, as I am sure it is to yours.
It is time to realize that the problem can never go away for the family of Natalee, nor will it for Aruba until the whole truth is known.
It is clear that Natalee's family cannot trust the Aruban government, and it is a position that I support.
It is also clear that Aruba would prefer to pretend this never happened.
It did happen!
Natalee became the victim of local criminals on the island of Aruba.Even if I were to believe as some claim she is alive and simply ran away, that would not account for the many lies of Joran van der Sloot; nor would it eliminate the fact she was a stranger to Aruba and it would be next to impossible for her to have left the island by whatever means without a local witnessing it.
Why would a local have kept quiet, allowing their country to be exposed to this black eye?
I am sure you can conclude, as I, that there is only one logical explanation; that whatever one witnessed was criminal in nature.
Some have even gone as far as to claim Natalee's classmates are responsible for her disappearance, but that is flawed. How could they have hidden her body, so well in a few hours on an island that they were strangers on? Surely, if Natalee is dead it is at the hands of someone(s) that knows the island well.
The conclusion must be that the enemy is within the Aruban community.
On an island of approximately one-hundred-thousand people, surely, someone not criminally involved knows something or has heard something.
Why have they not come forward to the police?
Do they fear the government?
Even if it is not for Natalee's family, come forward for the sake of the Aruban people.Here are some questions that I ponder; the investigation has been poorly run. Is it out of corruption or lack of intelligence in conducting investigations? If the answer lies in the former, than it would explain why no physical evidence or body has been found. On the other hand if it is out of the latter, then it seems unlikely some physical evidence accidentally has not been recovered. However, the police continue to pursue a rape/murder scenario. That would not be worthy of an investigative gold star.
Does one really think that the perfect crime has been committed, or might it be a bad investigation?
Why is it that Karin Janssen and all other investigators have not been replaced? While I do not think they are conducting the best investigation possible, even if they were, and at this stage with no justice, it would only be prudent to bring in a new team that may be able to see what they have missed; a fresh set of eyes and perspective. I can think of a multitude of kidnapping scenarios and not just sexual slavery. It is clear that there is a sex slavery problem the world over and in particular this region, it is shameful that some would choose to mock such a suggestion and even if it never happened in Aruba before consider this; something always has to have a beginning. I can even come up with none sex slavery scenarios involving Joran van der Sloot.The situation is clear; Natalee's family cannot move forward, and Aruba will not be allowed to move forward, until the truth is known.
It is vital for the sake of Arubans that this case be solved.
Someone amongst the Aruban community knows what happened to Natalee; is it you, your neighbor, a friend or a stranger?
Understand that there is but one victim, and it is Natalee.
It is natural to want to have someone to blame for our problems, even though more often than not we alone are responsible. I can understand the desire of Arubans to blame Natalee's family, and in particular Beth, for their problems and black eye. It must be conceded that their actions are in response to the abduction of their daughter and the fact the police allowed known liars to run loose in the form of Joran van der Sloot [and Deepak and Satish Kalpoe].
If Joran is guilty, all blame falls on him. If he is innocent he still must shelter a lot of the blame.
One can only wonder how it would have been different had he chosen truth over lies.
You want someone to blame?
Look no further than Joran van der Sloot.
It is time to be a hero for Aruba and come forward with the truth of what happened to Natalee.

With a recap of the Fox News coverage, the media now rests waiting for something to emerge that will shed new light on the disappearance of Natalee Holloway. Their theories to date have led them nowhere but they proudly present all they have done as an example of an exhaustive search. This column is a reminder of what they haven’t done or considered.

First of all they have not given a hard look at a possible motive for her disappearance. I covered this is a previous article you can find under my other articles. This is a key determinate that all investigations pursue. Motive answers why someone would want to abduct Natalee. I use the word abduction because murder is premature. Without any evidence to support this crime , abduction was seldom considered. You will note that the media seldom mentioned this possibility. They focused mainly on the what they assumed had happened to Natalee ( i.e she had been murdered ). This focus in spite of no evidence to support it- evidently was their vision of what would be most news worthy. The results speak for themselves.

Where does that now leave us? It leaves us reviewing the whole case from the standpoint of what went wrong in the investigation that nothing was turned up. This leads us to the investigators and their methodology. This leads us to a review of their theories on what happened and why they looked where they did. It leads us to ask why there is not an internal review process being conducted and if it is , when will the results of that investigation be made public? Concluding they did all that they could -with no results is unacceptable. It is unacceptable to the grieving family and it is unacceptable to Natalee’s hope and it is unacceptable to the country of Aruba. For the reputation of either a corrupt or incompetent police investigation will not enhance visitors to flock to a country where they may disappear and never be found.

It is in everyone’s interest except the guilty to dig deeper into the case. One could excuse the performance of the investigation as a lack of leads or evidence but that begs the question Why? With a reward and a small island to search , false arrests ( based on what?) and screwball theories tossed out by a chief investigator, the lack of leads and evidence rings phony. Unless these red herrings can be satisfactorily be explained it is time for the investigation to focus on the methodology and the agency doing the investigation. This must be asked for- and insisted upon - to either exonerate the investigation team or find it’s faults. The evident hope of the guilty party is to play for time until public opinion becomes resigned that the crime falls into the unsolvable category.

This is almost too obvious. At the slightest hint of bad publicity, an arrest comes forward only to vaporize without information. This is the tactic of “doing something” just as a worker can appear to look busy. It is not leading to results : therefore, it is not aimed at solving the crime. Random arrests appear to be attempts at effort but when this effort becomes a visible ploy, serious interrogation of the reason for the technique must be activated. Those responsible should be aware they are either encouraging skepticism or if they are involved, looking more and more guilty as time passes. This is because if they are hiding something they have no other choice to pursue. They cannot find what will incriminate them and they cannot expose what they want to hide.
If nothing Could be done it would be a far different story. But something Can be done and it isn’t. This is what makes this case so intriguing. If it were fiction there would be thousands of readers questioning the events, possible motives and who was involved? There would be an expectation the conclusion of the book would reveal the culprits. Nothing would be excluded as possible and an elaborate plot to abduct young attractive girls including corruption and cover up would be brought to light, the villains caught and the ending would be satisfactory. There would be no loose ends left hanging and there would be no public acceptance of the nonsense the crime was unsolvable. But this is a real case and as such is not just something an author dreamed up. A real person disappeared, a real person abducted her and a real person ( or persons) is out there thinking they are not going to be found out.

The only thing these criminals have to hope for is disinterest. That isn’t going to happen. In the first place, there are too many unanswered questions and in the second place another similar crime will cast light on what has been going on. Criminals have to try again when they succeed and it is only a matter of time until they do. It would be better for all if that didn’t happen. Digging into the investigation may prevent the need for another victim and reveal what really happened to the girl from Alabama.

AMSTERDAM (May 30) - Dutch pedophiles are launching a political party to push for a cut in the legal age for sexual relations to 12 from 16 and the legalization of child pornography and sex with animals.
The Charity, Freedom and Diversity (NVD) party said on its Web site it would be officially registered Wednesday, proclaiming: "We are going to shake The Hague awake!"
The party said it wanted to cut the legal age for sexual relations to 12 and eventually scrap the limit altogether.
"A ban just makes children curious," Ad van den Berg, one of the party's founders, told the Algemeen Dagblad (AD) newspaper.
"We want to make pedophilia the subject of discussion," he said, adding that the subject had been a taboo since the 1996 Marc Dutroux child abuse scandal in neighboring Belgium. "We have been hushed up. The only way is through parliament."
The Netherlands already has liberal policies on soft drugs, prostitution, and gay marriage, but the NVD is unlikely to win much support, the AD quoted experts as saying.
"They make out as if they want more rights for children. But their position that children should be allowed sexual contact from age 12 is of course just in their own interest," anti-pedophile campaigner Ireen van Engelen told the daily.
The party said private possession of child pornography should be allowed although it favors banning the trade of such materials. The broadcast of pornography should be allowed on daytime television, with only violent pornography limited to the late evening, according to the party.
Toddlers should be given sex education and youths aged 16 and up should be allowed to appear in pornographic films and prostitute themselves. Sex with animals should be allowed although abuse of animals should remain illegal, the NVD said.
The party also said everybody should be allowed to go naked in public.
The party's program also includes ideas for other areas of public policy including legalizing all soft and hard drugs and free train travel for all.

FYI - Obviously this isn't primarily a discussion board and I've never done anything to discourage readers or commenter's from participating elsewhere. If anything, I encourage it, especially when it means actual information coming to everyone's attention. That's still my policy and won't change. Many former commenter's found Refuge. Yes... Supposedly a Colombian with the same name as the gardner witness was arrested in Aruba and there was an additional arrest in Holland but i'm not sure about that. None of the additional arrests have been confirmed as far as I know.

Good question. I've always wondered why the beach story made Joran the last one with Natalee. Why not a story that 3 dropped her off at the beach? Would there have been more or less witnesses? I don't think so, but there would be three under suspicion. Perhaps the real 'conspiracy' in this case is the relationship between all these suspect families. JMHO

How were they involved? Were the rumors of JvdS and his involvement a cover for the involvement of many more? Perhaps he was singled out because he was seen with Natalee and 2K in the car? He was the one interacting with her in C&C? His father may truly have been low person on the political totem pole in Aruba? JMHO

There is also the possibility that many in ALE truly did not know what happened to the evidence, if it existed at some point and just disappeared. If these latest are involved, it must have been a strange year in Aruba for many. JMHO

Hi Bigfish and everyone. I was listening to the radio at my daughter's home on very low and just happened to pick up on "Aruba and Holloway" I couldn't believe my ears. Its been so quiet and now all of a sudden. Hope this isn't just a wild goose chase again.

I think this is so important: J2K said when they returned NH to the hotel (lie) she fell and injured herself. You don't add to a lie (unless you're crazy) because it will come back to bite you. They either saw, participated in, or wewe told of NH being beaten
